1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon capers (pickled, jar)

2 portabella

150 grams of oyster mushrooms

4 sprigs parsley
Preparation
Clean the onion, garlic and peppers. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and the peppers into cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the peppers with the capers and some pepper. Braise the vegetables gently for 10 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms. Cut the portabella into thin slices and the oyster mushrooms into strips.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry the mushrooms in it for a few minutes. Season the mushrooms with pepper, a little salt and finely chopped parsley. Let the mushrooms and vegetables cool. Arrange the vegetables and mushrooms on 4 plates.
Serve with some toasted bread or toast. If necessary, use other mushrooms such as chanterelles, chestnut mushrooms.
