Preperation
• Peel the pears and cut them into four quarters. Heat the wine and water in a saucepan. When the liquid is simmering, add the sugar, orange zest, cinnamon stick and pear wedges. Simmer 10 minutes, then let cool and place in the refrigerator.
• Work the butter with the hazelnut powder, salt, sugar and flour, then mix to obtain a lumpy dough. Place 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven th. 5-6 (170 ° C).
