Preperation
- Wash and brush the beets thoroughly. Spread a layer of salt
- in a gratin dish and place the beets, stems in the air.
- Bake the beets for 1 hour at 180 ° C.
- Meanwhile, cut the long pepper into thin strips and remove the bones
- mackerel fillets. Out of the oven, cut the beets into
