I have little feeling in the big toe of my right foot. I can walk normally with the help of adapted orthotics. Recently I was busy behind the computer and then my foot fell asleep. When I got up I couldn’t use my foot anymore and I fell to the ground. I also sometimes have complaints about the small vertebrae in the back, but these are treated by a physiotherapist.
Do you perhaps know what I can do best with my foot and where the complaints come from?
