Norma, 90, from Michigan, lost her husband last summer and learned a few days later that she had a Uterus cancer. Instead of going through the steps operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, Norma replied that at 90, she preferred to hit the road and discover the country!
Her son and daughter-in-law, owner of a motorhome, decided to take Norma around the country!
A decision approved by the doctors, who, according to Norma’s age, confessed that she would probably not have resisted thesurgery.
Since the departure of Norma and her family on the roads last August, this elderly lady has multiplied her experiences and discoveries. Norma even took a hot air balloon ride and approached the dolphins …
All her journey is updated regularly by her daughter-in-law on a dedicated facebook page, entitled @Driving Miss Norma, embellished with photos of Norma and already followed by more than 250,000 fans.
And to this day, Norma is doing like a charm!
