Varied information about mosquitoes
On this prevention site, Internet users will find a mosquito map of France (updated daily), a mosquito weather report (update on the climatic conditions which favor the proliferation of mosquitoes), a focus on the tiger mosquito, the list published in the Official Journal of the 17 departments where “mosquitoes constitute a threat to the population”. You can also consult the maps of dangerous mosquitoes in France updated in March 2013 based on 2012 data provided by official bodies.
Thanks to its information, this site aims to inform and mobilize health professionals and the general public on the problem of mosquitoes, to promote better prevention and protection, and to participate in the necessary effort of vigilance and thus, to act against the risks of invasion and epidemic.
Laboratory A and the MANOUKA brand are the official partners of the vigilance-mosquitoes site and have made it possible to mobilize more than 2,000 pharmacists to participate in this first campaign.
