Ingredients

50 g almonds, hazel, walnut, para, cashew or pecan nuts

500 ml water (or coconut water)

1 date, pitted

a few pinches of vanilla powder, to taste
Preparation
Soak the nuts in warm water for 12 hours and the dates for 5 minutes to soften. Rinse them, then mix with the water and vanilla. Rub the mixture through a sieve or sieve bag for a smooth result.
