At WWDC 2022, Apple will officially announce a new MacBook Air. The laptop runs on the company’s new M2 processor.
The new processor provides a power increase of twenty percent, while this is not at the expense of battery life. It remains at eighteen hours of usage time.
The M2 processor is also 38 percent faster when it comes to editing and processing videos. Do you only work with images? Then you can expect a speed increase of about twenty percent compared to the previous model.
Specifications of new MacBook Air
The MacBook Air M2 has a 13.6-inch LCD screen. There is a notch in that screen, which houses the webcam. The new camera has a resolution of 1080p. Furthermore, this time the microphones are located between the Magic Keyboard and the screen and it is true that the laptop has a fingerprint scanner.
In addition, there is a MagSafe connection, for the charger, and the device does not have a fan. There is also an SSD of up to 2 TB and you can equip the new Air with up to 24 GB of RAM.
