The perfect breakfast for those in a hurry in the morning. Make the smoothie the night before and take it to work. This smoothie gives a satisfied feeling and is a good source of energy all morning.
Ingredients

2 bananas

3 dl semi-skimmed milk

1.5 dl freshly squeezed orange juice

2.5 dl low-fat yogurt

200 grams of strawberries

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons cinnamon

4 passion fruit
Preparation
Place all ingredients, except the passion fruit, in a food processor or blender and whiz until you have a smooth mixture.
Spoon the contents of the passion fruit over the smoothie in the glasses shortly before serving.
This dish can be kept in the fridge for at least a day, for example make it the night before and it will be ready the next morning.
Another tip: use almost overripe fruit. It tastes great and you don’t have to throw away expensive fruit that way.
