To prevent cancer, we can act mainly on 3 factors:
- Food: we include in our menus foods that help prevent disease (fruits and vegetables, fibers) and we avoid those that promote it (fatty and sugary products, alcohol, salt …)
- The sport : regular physical activity decreases the risk of developing cancer
- Hygiene of life : Walking, cycling, getting out of a sedentary lifestyle and quitting smoking have protective effects on the body
