I only want to lose 5 kilograms, but my problem is that I always go wrong in the evening. Then I get such a snitch attack. I’ve tried everything, Weight Watchers, Sonja, just eating healthy, but in the evening I really have a great need to eat. My boyfriend recently started a weight loss drug called Reductil. He says that he no longer has excessive hunger and can resist all kinds of temptations. That would be useful for me too. Am I also eligible for Reductil? I eat healthy and exercise normally.

Reductil is a drug that is sometimes used to support weight loss. This can only be obtained through the GP and there are strict requirements. A general practitioner will not quickly prescribe this drug for 5 kilograms of weight loss. If you want to lose 5 kilograms, you can certainly do that by adjusting your diet. As you indicate, your problem is mainly in the evenings. Many people who want to lose weight also have this problem.
Always try to eat and drink something in the evening(!). Opt for a whole-wheat cracker or even a whole-wheat sandwich with lean toppings, such as low-fat cheese spread or smoked meat. Drink a large glass of water or a large cup of tea with this. This ensures a good filling. If you forbid yourself to eat in the evening, this can indeed lead to a binge or binge. And then you generally take in a lot more calories.
