When you request the properties of a video file, Windows will show you some technical information, such as resolution, duration and data rate, under the Details tab. Unfortunately, you can’t read items that are too long for the window (really, Microsoft???), further reducing its already limited usefulness. No, then MediaInfo. This has long been the most widely used tool to collect all the information about video files you could possibly want. It can be accessed with one click from File Explorer’s context menu, and you can also export the data in a variety of formats.
You can download MediaInfo from this page†
