You’ve seen the PrintScreen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard for years and it prints… nothing at all! When you want to print the contents of the screen or a window, you first have to use that button to copy the desired contents, then you have to paste it into a suitable program and finally you can actually print from there to a printer. With Hardcopy, all these intermediate steps are not necessary. In addition to allowing direct printing, the program is also configurable in many ways for other purposes and allows you to edit screenshots. A real PrintScreen!
