We’ve already covered several sites where you can download free fonts, but did you know that Google also offers such a service? Google Fonts, as it is logically called, offers a small 1000 families of fonts where a family can consist of multiple variants such as bold and italics. You can view different previews of all these families, for example as alphabet or in a sentence or paragraph. Downloading requires some explanation: select the desired family by clicking on the plus and then click on Family Selected at the bottom right to call up a popup with a download button.
