File sharing programs come and go, but there’s one name that’s been around for a long time: FrostWire. The history of this program goes back to Limewire, one of the first peer-to-peer programs. However, for a number of years, FrostWire has focused entirely on file sharing via torrents. It offers a number of major advantages over many other torrent clients, such as the possibility to stream live and a built-in search engine that allows you to search for (even hard-to-find) torrents outside your browser. In addition to the Windows version, there is also an app for Android.
