There are many drum apps for the iPad that can be compared to physical drum pads. If you tap on such a pad (or its virtual counterpart) you will hear the drum sound assigned to it. AudioKit Drumpad Playground is one such app, but it doesn’t seem nearly the best of its kind. For example, you cannot change the assigned sounds. Or is it? Drumpad Playground is an example project of the kind of apps you can make yourself with Playground and in the application you will find a tutorial on how to do that. Once you have mastered the principles therein, you can adjust the app yourself.
