The gravy with tomato and mustard makes it extra tasty.
Ingredients

6 potatoes

400 grams string beans

2 tomatoes

250 grams of cod

pepper

1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons liquid margarine

1 teaspoon mustard
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and wash them.
- Remove the tips from the string beans and wash the beans. Cut the string beans into squares or shreds.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in a little water for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Boil the string beans in a little water for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Cut the fish fillet into strips. Sprinkle the fish with pepper and the whole wheat flour.
- Heat the margarine and fry the fish strips in it for 5 minutes until tender and brown.
- Remove the fish from the pan.
- Fry the tomato pieces briefly in the remaining margarine. Pour in 100 milliliters of water and let the gravy simmer for a while. Stir the mustard into the gravy. Serve this with the potatoes, string beans and fish fingers.
