Ingredients
- 8 slices of wholemeal bread
- 6 purple figs
- 200g of fresh goat cheese (in a log)
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 handful of arugula
- 3 tbsp. to c. mustard
- 2 tbsp. to c. honey
- Salt pepper
Preperation
- Rinse and dry the figs, remove the stems. Cut them into slices, as well as the goat cheese.
- Preheat the oven th. 7 (210 ° C). Mix the mustard with the honey. Spread in very thin layers on the slices of wholemeal bread.
- Add the cheese then the figs, pepper, sprinkle with thyme. Bake for 10 min. Serve with the arugula.
