Researchers at the University of Athens have just found a new health benefit for the Mediterranean diet. This diet that relies mainly on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and olive oil is known for reduce muscle loss among seniors, protect the brain cognitive decline or to reduce cardiovascular risk.
Greek scientists now claim that this diet is also good for maintaining erectile function.
