Ingredients

500 grams of potatoes

4 slices of pineapple

100 grams of serrano ham

400 grams endive, sliced

100 ml semi-skimmed milk

1 full tablespoon of mustard
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, halve two pineapple slices. Cut the remaining pineapple slices into cubes.
Roll four slices of Serrano ham around the pineapple halves. Fry the rest of the Serrano ham briefly in its own fat and cut into pieces.
Mash the boiled potatoes together with the raw endive, milk, the baked Serrano ham, pineapple cubes and the mustard.
Serve the stew with the Serrano ham rolls.
