Ingredients
- 150g dried apricots (organic)
- 150g of dried dates
- 50g of raisins
- 50g grated coconut
- 1 C. to c. level of gingerbread mix

- 2 bags of black tea
- 20 cl of semi-skimmed milk
Preperation
- Chop the apricots, dates and raisins. Form balls and pass them through the grated coconut. Place them in the fridge.
- Heat 60cl of water. When it simmers, add the tea and spices and remove from the heat.
- Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, squeeze them.
- Pour into cups.
- Heat the milk (optional: froth it with a milk frother) and pour it into the cups. Serve with dried fruit candies.
