Dacia Sandero (2021). Rising price for the cheap city car

Last August, Dacia revised the range of its new Sandero by removing the Access finish, and reviewing the equipment of its Essential finish to contain it just below the € 10,000 mark. In October, the Romanian brand again changes its prices.

The price of the classic Dacia Sandero indeed increases by 200 € for all versions, except for the Essentiel finish associated with the 65 hp SCe engine. This remains at € 9,990. Thus, the Sandero equipped with the 90 hp TCe petrol unit (only available with the Comfort finish) passes the € 13,000 mark, while the CVT version is slowly approaching € 15,000. The city car is still available with a 100 hp LPG engine, which goes up to € 11,690 in the Essential finish and € 13,190 in the Comfort finish.

The Sandero Stepway increases by 300 €

Appreciated in its version with an adventurous look, the Sandero Stepway increases its prices by 300 € on all versions. Thus, the city car starts at € 13,390 with the 90 hp three-cylinder petrol engine associated with a manual gearbox, and climbs to € 16,290 with a CVT box and the high Comfort finish.

On the equipment side, no changes. The list has already been reviewed at the end of August for compensate for the end of entry-level Access : removal of the USB ports and dual ceiling lights, the smartphone holder, the hook for the front passenger bag, etc. Certain aesthetic details have been removed on the Stepway version, such as the Stepway inscription on the roof bars or the upholstery.
