A few days before its official presentation, on September 3, discover already what the Dacia Jogger will look like. This elevated seven-seater station wagon will be exhibited at the Munich Motor Show from September 7, 2021. Close to the Sandero, it will replace both the Lodgy and Logan MCV.
In addition to the name of the Jogger, Dacia released on August 30 a first official image of its future crossover. We partially discover the rear of the car. “Stolen” photos of camouflaged prototypes having previously revealed the silhouette of the vehicle and confirmed the aesthetic kinship of the Jogger with the Sandero at the front, we can now have a precise idea of the look of the next Dacia.
The Dacia range condensed into one model
The front of the Dacia Jogger should be almost identical to that of the Sandero Stepway, with in particular a Y-shaped light signature and a sculpted bonnet. In profile, this compact wagon will find itself at the crossroads between a station wagon for the shape of its trunk, an SUV for its high ground clearance, and a minivan since it will replace the Lodgy as well as the Logan MCV. The vehicle should therefore display a wheelbase greater than that of the Sandero. On the stern, the lights descending along the uprights of the trunk before widening towards the fenders somewhat reminiscent of Volvo productions.

Dacia will switch to the hybrid
The Jogger should take over at least some engines of the Sandero. No diesel is to be expected. On the other hand it will be the first hybrid Dacia, first in a micro-hybrid version of the TCe 100 block, then in a simple hybrid version, with a 1.6 L E-Tech variant of 140 hp technically close to the namesake Renault Clio.
The Dacia Jogger is due to be officially presented in pictures on Friday September 3, then it will be the star of the Romanian automaker’s booth at the 2021 Munich Motor Show between September 7 and 12.
