Preparation
- Mix the flour, baking powder and ½ tsp. to c. salt. Dig a well, add the beaten egg and oil.
- Form a ball of dough and cover it with cling film. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Roll out the dough.
- Cut into rectangles then cut the corners. Place on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of baking paper.
- Make small holes in the cookies with a needle. Sprinkle them with a little salt.
- Bake for 10 min. Let cool before eating.

An almost exact copy of the famous salted biscuit… much less salty. Sunflower oil is interesting for its antioxidant vitamin E. On the other hand, it is also rich in omega-6. If you make this recipe often, from time to time you can replace it with olive oil.
