Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, including the herbs.
- Pour in the oil, then slowly add a little water, kneading until the dough forms a ball.
- Let sit for 1 hour.
- Spread the dough finely on a floured work surface. It should be about 5mm thick.
- With a roulette wheel, cut the dough into squares. Make holes in the center with a fork. Place the crackers on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 min. Crackers should be golden and crisp. Let them cool completely before eating them.
