Preparation
- Bring 80 cl of vegetable stock to the boil with 40 cl of coconut milk, 1 tsp. to c. of ginger and the sliver of zest of 1 organic lime.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, filter and then pour into a pot.
- Chop 400 g of Chinese cabbage and immerse it in the broth for 3 minutes.
- Pour into the plates and add 4 or 5 peeled grilled prawns.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and a few lime slices.
