A real autumn bread!
Ingredients

200 grams carrots, grated

150 grams of whole wheat flour

250 grams wholemeal flour

7 grams of yeast

60 grams unsalted nuts, finely chopped

50 grams pumpkin seeds, finely chopped (+ a little for garnish)

35 grams of oatmeal

250 milliliters of lukewarm water

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the carrots, honey and water. Knead everything into a nice, sticky ball.
- Place the ball in a bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rise for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough for a while and make a nice round shape.
- Place this on a baking tray with baking paper.
- Sprinkle some pumpkin seeds over it and sprinkle with a little water.
- Bake the bread in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
