The number of people affected food allergies continues to grow: in France one in 30 people is affected and children are three times more concerned than adults. The ingredients of these allergen-free pancakes
- 200 g of wheat flour
- 50 g of cornstarch
- 60 g of hazelnut puree
- 10g sugar
- 550 ml of intense almond milk
- 1 pinch of salt
The recipe for pancakes without cow’s milk and without eggs
- Combine the flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
- Add the hazelnut puree.
- Gradually pour in the intense almond milk with a whisk.
- When the dough becomes elastic and homogeneous, pour the milk more quickly and mix until you obtain a very smooth crêpe dough.
- Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over high heat, add a dab of coconut oil and let’s go for the Candlemas pancakes!
