Preparation
- Split the vanilla pod in half, collect the grains using the blade of a knife. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the vanilla beans and the previously rinsed quinoa.
- Bring to the boil, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from the heat, stir in the agave syrup and the almond puree.
- Brown the almonds in a pan, without fat. They should not darken.
- Divide the quinoa among ramekins, sprinkle with blueberries and slivered almonds. Serve lukewarm.
