Lactose intolerant and vegans envious of ice creams in summer they will soon be able to taste it too!
The range already has a name, Dairy-Free, and will meet the demands of intolerant people and those who wish to stop consuming foods of animal origin. These ice creamcurrently being created in the laboratories of Ben & Jerry’s, will be devoid of dairy products.
Dairy-Free: replace cow’s milk with almond or coconut
The announcement was made by the co-founder of the giant ice cream, Jerry Greenfield. A team of researchers is currently testing several recipes, replacing cow’s milk with almond or coconut milk. The leaders’ promise: to offer a reference whose taste is as close as possible to the original.
The brand will be the first major American company to launch a line of products aimed at vegans. The ice without milk should arrive on the American market in the spring of 2016 and therefore a little later in France. A little more patience ladies…
