Lactose intolerant and vegans envious of ice creams in summer they will soon be able to taste it too!
The range already has a name, Dairy-Free, and will meet the demands of intolerant people and those who wish to stop consuming foods of animal origin. Those ice cream, currently in the creation phase in the laboratories of Ben & Jerry’s, will be devoid of dairy products.
Dairy-Free: replace cow’s milk with almond or coconut milk
The announcement was made by the co-founder of the giant ice cream, Jerry Greenfield. A team of researchers is currently testing several recipes, replacing cow’s milk with almond or coconut milk. The leaders’ promise: to offer a reference whose taste is as close as possible to the original.
The brand will be the first major American company to launch a product line aimed at vegans. The ice without milk should arrive on the American market in spring 2016 and therefore a little later in France. Still a little patience ladies …
