1 tablespoon raisins

3 tablespoons muesli, no added sugar

1 apple

200 milliliters semi-skimmed or low-fat cottage cheese

Preparation
- Wash the raisins and soak them in a little warm water.
- Sprinkle the muesli in a non-stick frying pan. Bake the muesli over a high heat until brown and crispy. Let it cool.
- Wash the apple and cut it into cubes. Mix in the raisins and divide between 2 bowls.
- Beat the cottage cheese and mix in some cinnamon.
- Spoon this on the apple cubes and sprinkle the muesli over it.
