Anti-Aging: Keep Your Head Up
Free your neck, lower your shoulders, keep your head straight: imagine that an invisible thread is pulling you towards the sky.
The chin neither too high nor too tucked in, at right angles to the neck, the back of the head in line with the spine: this gives good support and avoids the bison hump, that ugly fatty mass at the base of the neck.
Anti-Aging: Grow Yourself Up
Standing or sitting, straighten up, a bit as if you were lifted by taking you under the armpits.
Drop your shoulders, pull your chest out and tuck your shoulder blades in, you gain inches. Adopt the position as soon as you think about it. The goal is to get the posture to become natural.
Anti-aging: resist being overweight
500g here, 400g there… don’t let the pounds creep in. The right cocktail: smaller portions, no snacking, less sugar… and exercise. A little every day. Easier than going on a real diet!
Anti-aging: tuck in the belly
The thing ? Swallow it! To find the right rhythm, exhale and, at the end of the exhalation, act as if you were inhaling, but without taking in air: you will see, the stomach goes in on its own. You can get back to breathing easily keeping it tight. If necessary, hold your nose the first time.
Anti-aging: walk and move
Roll your feet well as you walk, from heel to toe. Take good strides, keep your hips supple, your shoulders open, your back and head straight, but never stiff, your arms swinging to the rhythm of your walk. In all your movements, be flexible, light, loose.
