The wheels are stuck in the mud
Nice job: with your raised Jeep, you can recover other vehicles that are stuck in inhospitable places. For fun, bring some friends with you. That’s Matt’s job, from Matt’s Off Road Recovery. In the video below, a Jeep Wrangler is up to his waist in water. The puddle was a lot deeper than the driver had estimated. It is striking that the modified Jeep Wrangler does not have a snorkel.
The first challenge is attaching the tow ropes underwater. In addition, someone has to put the car in neutral. The Jeep is so stuck in the mud that simply towing won’t work. What they do is lay a cable over another car. Thus, the stranded Wrangler is not only pulled backwards, but also up. With this they hope to break the vacuum of the wheels in the mud.
When the Jeep is rescued from its sailor’s grave, the party isn’t over. The stranded Jeep won’t start and has to be towed back over the entire off-road course. By the way, that seems to go very well with all emergency vehicles. We are suddenly very excited snow runner to play.
