Lie with your back on the mat and your knees bent. Your feet hip-width apart in front of you. Now place your hands behind your head so that your thumbs are behind your ears. Roll up and lift your head and neck off the floor, another fist should fit between your chin and chest. Now roll forward and also lift the shoulder blades off the floor. Keep your head still, look straight ahead. Only the shoulder blades come back to the floor. Exhale as you go up and inhale as you go down.
