The basic version of the Tesla Model 3 sees its prices increase by €1,190. It is now bordering on €45,000, the threshold limit for benefiting from the maximum ecological bonus. The Long Autonomy and Performance versions, for their part, do not undergo any increase.

While we have to wait until May to receive a Performance model, the delivery times go from November 2022 to February 2023 for the basic and Long Autonomy versions.

At the end of 2021, the Tesla Model 3 Grande Autonomie saw its prices increase by €3,000. At the beginning of 2022, it is the turn of the entry-level version (propulsion) to become more expensive. Thus, the best-selling electric car in France is displayed from €44,990, i.e. an increase of €1,190. The most powerful Performance variant is not affected by this price increase and is still offered at €59,990.
Beware of the ecological bonus
This price increase is not accompanied by an increase in autonomy. The basic version had already benefited from such an improvement in November 2021 with the switch from a 54 kWh battery to 60 kWh. Ditto for the Long Autonomy model which had switched to a 75 to 82 kWh accumulator. On the equipment side, no changes have been made. The price of the options remains unchanged.
To take advantage of the maximum ecological bonus, you will have to be careful, because now at the slightest option chosen, the threshold of 45 000 € is exceeded and the financial boost turns out to be 4 times less advantageous. In addition, the extended delivery times also come to play the spoilsports. When you have to wait until May to take possession of a Performance model, Tesla announces deliveries in November for a basic Model 3 or Long Autonomy. Vehicles delivered after September 30 will only be eligible for a bonus of €5,000 (if sale price < €45,000) or €1,000 (if sale price between €45,000 and €60,000).
