Ingredients :
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 100 g of cottage cheese
- 10 cl of whole heavy cream
- 200 g of sweetened condensed milk
- lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. fresh raspberry
Preperation :
- In a blender, we mix the frozen raspberries with the fromage blanc, the crème fraîche and the sweetened condensed milk.
- Arrange the ice cream in cups and sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh raspberries.
