Are your feet not pretty to look at? Are they dry, damaged, cracked…? Are your toenails whitish and brittle? Do you often have fungal infections or plantar warts? Surely you need a beauty-health pedicure.
Moisturizing cream, nail care, exfoliation of dead skin, purifying bath… It only takes 6 very simple steps (and almost free!) to get your feet back in top shape.
In summer, avoid flip flops to protect your feet!
Attention ! In summer, certain reflexes should be avoided to avoid foot problems:
- Only wear flip flops. These “summer shoes” par excellence promote the appearance of horns on the heels, “claw” toes and bacterial or mycotic infections. Not to be worn every day!
- Not putting sunscreen on your feet. Yes, the feet must also be protected from the UV rays emitted by the sun. So don’t forget to coat them with sunscreen when you go to the beach or the swimming pool – with a sufficient hint, to choose according to your phototype.
- Apply nail polish every day. Nail polish on your feet is very pretty… but it can also be harmful to your health. Indeed, when the nails of the feet are permanently varnished, the microbes are trapped and can proliferate, which can in particular result in fungal infections.
- Do not dry yourself between your toes. After swimming in the pool or the sea, do not forget to dry the spaces between your toes, at the risk of seeing a bacterial or fungal infection appear!
