In spring and summer, we love to taste or pick raspberries. In a sweet version, this little fruit appreciated by young and old is available in mousse, smoothie, ice cream, sorbet, clafoutis or even tart. In a savory version, raspberries go well with goat cheese, salmon, duck or even chicken!
Raspberry is also perfect for flavoring your water and helping you stay hydrated when it’s very hot: in a carafe of water add 12 raspberries blackberries, 1 lemon cut into medium slices and 1 sprig of mint. Leave to infuse for two hours in the refrigerator and… enjoy this detox water!
>> Raspberry, a super-fruit for health. Did you know ? A bowl of 100 grams of raspberries covers about 40% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Please note: it only works with fresh raspberries since the vitamin C level drops drastically when the raspberries are frozen… Raspberry is also hyper-rich in iron with about 0.7 mg per 100 grams; in addition, it is a good source of potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-diabetes… Raspberry has it all!
According to several scientific studies, raspberry has significant anti-inflammatory benefits. It would also contribute to reducing the risk of cancer (of the colon, in particular) and to protecting the skeleton.
Raspberry, also excellent for the line. With a caloric intake of only 64 Kcal per 100 grams, raspberry is not a threat to the silhouette.
Its glycemic index (GI) is only 20, which also makes it an excellent ally in case of diabetes: several scientific studies have also noted its positive impact on blood sugar (i.e.: the blood sugar level) in mice. In short, no reason to deprive yourself of it!
