Preperation
- In a blender, put the applesauce, the blueberries with their juice (keep a tablespoonful for garnish), 100 g of yogurt, the cinnamon, the seeds of the vanilla bean, and the sugar.
- Reduce everything to a puree.
- Pour immediately into glasses.
- Carefully place the rest of the yogurt and blueberries on the smoothie and garnish, to taste, with lemon balm leaves.
Trick
If you want to use frozen wild blueberries, take approx. 200 g of thawed blueberries and add a little more liquid (fruit juice or milk).
