This can rightly be called vitamin water.
Ingredients

1.5 liters of water

2 oranges

2 apples

150 grams seedless grapes

3 sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation
Put the water in a large pitcher. Halve the grapes and put them in the pitcher as well. Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into thin wedges. Add to the water. Then cut the orange into thin slices and add them too. Finally, add the crushed fresh mint.
