The health authorities of the United States (Food and Drug administration, FDA) and Canada (Health Canada), have just recommended stopping the consumption of these products, some of which have been withdrawn from the market by the manufacturer.
Indeed, the undesirable effects observed could be due to the presence in HydroxycutTM products, of components derived from ingredients and plant extracts at dosages likely to produce negative effects on health. The FDA and Health Canada are currently reviewing this point.
The marketing in France of all the products of the HydroxycutTM range is not authorized. However, their consumption cannot be excluded, in particular because they are likely to be accessible on the Internet.
Consequently, the French authorities advise against the consumption of these products.
