Until then only offered in the First Edition version, the Volvo C40 Recharge gains three trim levels and an electric motor of 231 hp (traction). Its entry ticket in 2022 is now displayed at € 46,800 before ecological bonus.
Like the XC40, Volvo is renewing the C40 range for 2022. The new Ultimate variant, the most upscale, replaces the First Edition version, the only one offered since the launch of the electric coupé SUV in November 2021. The other two finishes , Start and Plus, complete the range. Volvo took the opportunity to dress the roof arches as well as the rear spoiler in the same color as the body. Only offered with the Recharge Twin engine of 408 hp at the beginning, the Volvo C40 adds to its catalog a new single-engine electric version (traction) of 231 hp.

The starting bet for a Volvo C40 starts at € 46,800. Thanks to a discount allocated by dealers, the C40 can benefit from the 6 000 € ecological bonus in its Start finish, and € 2,000 for the Plus and Ultimate versions. Note that this finish, the most refined in the catalog, is € 500 less expensive compared to the First Edition.
