Good breakfast for a long feeling full
A warm bowl of oatmeal porridge is delicious on a cold morning and you are assured of a feeling of fullness that lasts for a long time. That will get you through the morning.

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 5 tablespoons oatmeal
- Honey/maple syrup/apple syrup
Prepare
Bring the milk to a boil. Sprinkle the oats into the milk and cook the oats until tender. Keep stirring for a while. Most oatmeal for sale is quick-cooking oatmeal. Your plate of porridge is ready in minutes. Uncooked oatmeal should be cooked for half an hour. Serve the porridge with a little honey, maple syrup or apple syrup and a filling of your choice.
