1 small onion

2 slices of tofu of 100 grams

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

1 orange juice

1 tablespoon raisins

300 grams of winter carrot

150 milliliters semi-skimmed milk

Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
- Sprinkle the tofu with pepper and some ginger powder.
- Place each slice of tofu on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Divide the mushrooms, onion rings and ginger syrup over the tofu and drizzle the soy sauce over it.
- Fold the aluminum foil tightly and let the parcels heat up in a pan with a little water for 20 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in a little water until tender.
- Squeeze the orange.
- Wash the raisins and soak them in the orange juice.
- Peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler and wash them. Coarsely grate the carrots.
- Mix the raisins with the orange juice through the grated carrot.
- Drain the potatoes and steam them dry.
- Bring the milk to a boil.
- Mash or mash the potatoes.
- Make a puree with the hot milk. Season the mashed potatoes with pepper and nutmeg.
