The basis is to take care of the scalp. For hair to be strong and vigorous, it must take root in a healthy environment.
1-Exfoliate
The scalp can be smothered by the frequent use of dry shampoo and styling products. If the shampoo is done quickly, it can also be the cause, since it does not clean the scalp.
So take the time to massage the scrub well at the root, to eliminate dead cells, excess sebum, impurities and dandruff, and revive microcirculation. We then leave apply a mask adapted to the nature of the hairto protect the lengths from the excessive stripping effect of the scrub.
When the hair is colored, exfoliate once a month, no more, followed by a repigmenting treatment.
2-Massage the scalp
Not easy to massage yourself alone. So we invest in a massage brush provided with small flexible pins. It is used immediately after applying the shampoo. The idea is to make fairly slow circular movements all over the head, to massage the scalp (and not just rub it), in order to loosen impurities, sebum, relax tension and revive microcirculation. Then rinse out the shampoo.
The brush is also used when applying an anti-hair loss treatment.
3-Think about micronutrients
We strengthen the appendages (hair and nails), by taking a course of targeted food supplements: zinc, selenium and vitamin B6.
When we do a detox day (broths, soups, vegetable juices to drain), we lighten the organs, liver, skin, kidneys, and we boost the body’s functions, and therefore hair growth.
4-Change hair routine
What if you didn’t use the products adapted to the nature of your hair and your scalp? This is often the case when the hair is fine. We must then try other formulas. We avoid sulphates, which are often aggressive for the fiber and the scalp. Products containing silicones can also smother the hair in the blink of an eye. And when applying a mask, we take care not to touch the root, leaving at least 5 centimeters of hair between the scalp (scalp) and the treatment.
