The Swarovski Digital Guide (dG) is a smart pair of binoculars that help identify bird species and other animals. That works as follows.
There is a 13MP camera incorporated for shooting photos and videos, and with which you can zoom in up to eight times. You then transfer those images via WiFi to a smartphone app such as Merlin Bird ID, in which what you have spotted is identified.
