I am a 54 year old woman. Never sick, weak, nauseous. Normal posture. I have suffered from stiffness for several years now. When I get up from a chair, I look like 80. I do yoga and Pilates and I also do ten minutes of stretching exercises every day. It does not help. What can I do?

If you suddenly have much more trouble with your muscles, you could ask the doctor if he does some blood tests to determine a rheumatic rule out disease. In such a disease, especially the sedimentation rate is greatly increased. If nothing is found, I think that you may be able to maintain the complaints somewhat with the many stretching and stretching. You could try doing a little less of these exercises for a month and some morefitness training: (running) walking, cycling or swimming.
