Nice downshifts

The Singer DLS is already pleasing to the eye when it is stationary. But as shown in the video below, it is also nice for your ears. Here you can see the Singer DLS doing its test laps on the Nürburgring. The wonderful sound comes from the air-cooled 4.0-litre boxer engine. And it’s not just barking and not biting. The tachometer only stops at 9,300 rpm and at that point you have access to 500 hp.
Singer will be careful with these tests on the Nordschleife. Only 75 copies will be built and the price tag (without taxes) is 2.3 million euros. So you don’t want to end up in a Nürburgring crash compilation. But speed doesn’t matter in this case, because we can still listen to those downshifts for a few hours.
