Preparation
- In a salad bowl, pour 45 cl of water, the yeast and the salt.
- Sift together the mix and the two flours, then add them to the liquid.
- Using a spatula, mix everything to obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Then stir in the cereals. Pour the appliance into a lightly oiled cake mold. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Bake the bread with the seeds for about 45 minutes, until it takes a nice color.
- Unmold the bread on a rack as soon as it comes out of the oven to let it cool while removing as much moisture as possible.
